Charming, private casita, with in-ground pool, 1 block to a beautiful mile long beach, in a quiet rural town. Some Spanish would be helpful.
What responsibilities are required of house sitter?
We would like someone to feed a cat and a dog, that DON'T live here. Also water the plants, if needed. There is a small patch of lawn that would need mowing.

1 king bedroom with a/c. Fully equipped kitchen. Basic satellite t.v.,dvd, wireless internet, washing machine, bbq.
