To every pet parent, their favorite fur babies are a global superstar who the camera loves! When it comes to celebrities with pets things are no different. In some cases, celebrity animals have been known to outshine their famous family. But of all the celebrity dog lovers, cat-crazy VIPs, and pig-loving personalities (yep, pigs were big with celebrities last decade), which pet celebrities are the talk of Tinseltown?

Taylor Swift is arguably one of the most adored and talked about household names around. But as Swifties will know, thanks to her Instagram account, so are her two Scottish folds and rambunctious Ragdoll. Pet celebrities Olivia Benson, Meredith Grey, and Benjamin Button are just as much a part of Tay-Tay’s image as her sensational songs.

Since becoming the pet parent to her first Scottish fold, Meredith Grey in 2011, Tay has been known to take her cat children with her on every adventure and tour. Whilst other Scottish fold, Olivia Benson, and Ragdoll, Benjamin Button, are just as comfortable in front of the camera as she is!

Ed Sheeran - Dorito & Calipo

Another Scottish folds fan and outspoken cat lover, Ed Sheeran makes our list with his two cute celebrity kitties. Dorito and Calipo have distinctive orange coats, not too dissimilar from their famous father’s hair color! And, of course, both fetching felines share an Instagram account boasting nearly 300,000 followers.

Lady Gaga - Asia (French bulldog)

Let’s shine the light on the first of our celebrity dog lovers. Lady Gaga’s beloved dog, Asia, is the world’s most famous French Bulldog. The singing sensation is often seen around town with her furry friend who she has nicknamed BatPig! Miss Asia has an impressive Instagram account following of over 200,000 fans and is arguably just as stylish as her megastar mommy.

Lily Collins - Redford

The admired Emily in Paris star, Lily Collins, has an equally beloved dog called Redford. Like many celebrities with pets, Lily Collins has a preference for rescued dogs, and she did just that with Redford (a Pug and Terrier mix) back in 2019. Since then, the two have been inseparable and are synonymous Instagram account stars in their own right!

Jimmy Falon - Gary

As we continue through our list of celebrity dog lovers, we have to mention Jimmy Fallon and his female Golden Retriever, Gary. Yep, Gary is a girl and Fallon says it was the only name that suited her. Fair enough!

Gary and Jimmy not only publish their lives on their Instagram accounts, but they have also created YouTube content together. Most famously, Jimmy did a one-to-one interview with Gary during lockdown to ask about her daily life and who her favorite humans are. It’s always so heartwarming to see rescued dogs become celebrity pets. The global sing-sensation, Arianna Grande, adopted Toulous - a Beagle and Chihuahua mix - 10 years ago. Despite Toulous’ petite size, he packs a huge amount of personality and love for the camera as his Mom. Last year, Toulous took it upon himself to crash Jimmy Fallon’s The Tonight Show - goodness knows what Gary must have thought of that!

Although Nick Jonas and Priyanka Chopra are known celebrity dog lovers who have been parents to many a furry friend, their beloved dog, Gino, has stolen the limelight from them on social media. With over 250,000 followers, Gino the German Shepherd is forever keeping her fans in the loop about her daily antics and glamorous life, whilst occasionally mentioning her famous Mom and Dad. John Legend & Chrissy Teigen - Pearl

We love how many rescued dogs are on this list! The latest addition to John Legend and Chrissy Teigen’s household is the gorgeous Pearl the Basset Hound. Since her adoption in 2021, she has stolen the hearts of thousands of fans with her goofy nature and cute celebrity life. Now almost fully grown, she still seems to have her playful puppy nature and love for running around the famous duos' LA home!
