I decided to take-up pet/house minding to support my endeavors in saving for my own place (something that isn't easily done whilst renting and being independent) and continue my education.
I'm a lover of all animals and have plenty of experience. I'm also into gardening and enjoy the outdoors, so more than happy to help out in the garden. I'm mindful and respectful towards others, clean and tidy.
Why I want to house sit
As mentioned, this is a new venture. I'm still getting familiar with Canberra it's surround. I initially started pet/house minding to assist in financing a well deserved holiday OS after studying and working full time for 8 years. My aim now is to save money for my own place whilst looking after and being a companion for people's loved ones whilst they're way.
My experience
A more recent venture - I have been pet / house minding since March 2017. I am a lover of animals and a keen gardener. Thus far I've had the privilege of taking care of cats though I've been the co-owner of a dog. I've also been the owner of chickens, a goat, bearded dragon and birds. I enjoy the outdoors and pottering around in the garden (you could say I'm very influenced by my Zodiac sign Taurus - an Earth sign). I'm well trained - clean, tidy, mindful and responsible.

He gave me regular updates about Minnie while I was away, and when I came back my house was very clean, and he had even completely weeded my garden which was fantastic. I would definitely recommend Duncan as a reliable, trustworthy, caring, clean and professional house sitter.
