**RECENT NATIONAL POLICE CHECK DONE WITH CERTIFICATE + REFERENCES**
I'm a mature and responsible non smoking House Sitter that is currently living in Brisbane and House Sitting professionally....
After taking a career break and travelling the world, I have come back to Australia to work (part time) and also am saving for a house, hence why I thought housesitting would be for me, but also let me have the company of your pets and looking after them, something that I enjoy very much.
I love to look after other people's house and property, having many years of experience of maintaining my own with a very extensive English Country Style Garden. I thrive on the challenge and love keeping things looking good.
I have grown up with lots of pets and love looking after them. From dogs to cats, rabbits, fish in ponds and aquariums, guinea pigs, chooks, roosters etc I have had them all. Walking your dog regularly is not a problem as I am fit and love getting outdoors. Also as I'm tall, large dogs are not a problem.
My aim is to give you peace of mind while your away knowing that your most valuable investment 'your house' is well looked after and your best friend 'your dog/cat' is in good hands and getting pampered.
I have had a recent police check done with a clean history and I have this certificate to show you. As well as this I also have previous house sitting references that I can send you as well.
Here is recent feedback from a housesit I completed "We really appreciate everything - you obviously looked after the house and the dogs as if they were your own and for that we are so grateful, if you are interested we would love to have you back"
I'm a non smoker, non partier and non drinker, except the odd lemonade :-)
I am very thrifty with electricity use, always recycle and environmentally aware.
While your away I am always contactable quite easily via mobile, e mail, Skype etc in case your looking to see how everything is going.
If your after someone that is honest, reliable, tidy, enjoys gardening, fit and loves pets then look no further.
Feel free to contact me so we can discuss further.

Why we want to house sit
I realise that your pet is not just any pet, but for many I understand it's part of their family, they want the absolute best for them, hence they want a housesitter to give them more attention than they would if they were just put into a pet kennel.
The good thing is, since I'm not working full time in a far away office, I am able to spend more time with them to keep them company, go for walks, the odd ball throw and maybe a cuddle or two as well if that's what they are into.
What we bring to the assignment / relevant experience
I think when choosing a housesitter, there's probably 3 things you would look for, someone Trustworthy, Realiable and Honest.
While I realise I can't win over your 100% complete trust over a profile, I can assure you at least that I am absolutely committed to making sure I put my best foot forward in looking after your home and pets. I treat other people's possesions the same way I would want mine treated, with care and respect....
As far as honesty is concerned, I have a clean criminal record, a recent police check done with a certified certificate which I can send to you. I take pride in doing the right thing, I have previous housesit and character references as well that I think back up all these statements above.
I would definitely love to hear from you, whether it be just to ask some more questions, or just to have a chat, I'd welcome the opportunity to speak to you more about your housesitting needs. + More info

To whom it may concern,
We recently had a holiday for one month over the Christmas/new year period. We needed to find a house sitter to look after our house, cat & pot plants. We advertised on a house sitting website; we had a few responses and whilst we were interested, no one seem to commit & wanted to wait last minute. Graham inquired and sent through copy of references, as well as his police background check. After getting in contact with him, he provided reassurance that if we accepted, he would commit to the full duration.
We found Graham to be a very good house sitter & went the extra mile by providing regular updates including photos of our cat whilst we were away. The house were kept clean & tidy & the plants were well look after. We had no problem recommending Graham for any house sitting in the future.

In July and August 2012, my husband, son and I went overseas for 4 weeks. We needed a house sitter to look after the other two members of our family, our beloved Pugs, and to keep an eye on the house. We found Graham through Aussie House Sitters and were very lucky that he agreed to do the housesit at short notice. I was a bit hesitant at first to leave the house and dogs with a complete stranger, but when I met Graham I felt completely reassured that it was the right decision. I got a strong impression that he was very responsible and trustworthy and would treat our house as if it were his own. Most importantly, he was an animal lover and had cared for animals previously, so I knew he would treat our precious Pugs just like family.
While we were overseas, Graham kept in contact via email and even offered to Skype so we could see the dogs. It was so reassuring getting regular updates and he even sent some videos of the Pugs, who were clearly being spoiled with attention and walks. Knowing that they were being well cared for allowed us to enjoy our holiday without worry.
Graham was waiting for us when we returned home and helped carry our bags inside. We were stunned when we walked in the front door as the house was spotlessly clean. There were even beautiful flowers and a card waiting for us, which were so nice to come home to after a long trip. He had also left us fresh bread and milk, which was wonderful because we were exhausted and the first thing we wanted was a hot cup of coffee and some toast.
Graham had done a lot of hard work in the yard collecting green waste, which we have a never ending supply of due to all the trees on our property. It was also obvious that he had maintained the pool well as it was in great condition.
The house and yard honestly looked better than ever before. Most of the time when we come home from holiday we feel like we havent had much of a break because we have to get straight into the housework, but not this time!
Most importantly, the Pugs were extremely happy and healthy after all the attention and walks they had received, and Im sure they were very sorry to see Graham go!
I am so glad we decided to choose Graham as our house sitter and I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending him or having him house sit for us again.
