  Lyn is actually a previous co-worker of mine, however I also consider her to be a dear friend. We worked together for nearly 5 years before I was transferred overseas. Lyn is a professional, intelligent, reliable, and highly organized person, with a strong work ethic and a no nonsense attitude when it comes to work. She has a great sense of humor and is a big fan of music, travel, and life in general. Lyn did a short pet-sit for me in the USA - 2 older French Bulldogs, with a number of ailments and quirks. They both loved her, and Lyn coped well with the regimen of eye-drops, tablets, and dietary requirements associated with this pair of pups. I would highly recommend Lyn for any house and/or pet sit. You will not be disappointed.

  Lyn was recommended to us by a close friend and we immediately became friends. She is friendly, cooperative, honest and trustworthy. She house sat for us for over 5 weeks and in that time looked after our elderly cat, who does not make friends easily, with love and care. Lyn is immaculate in the house and very organised. In addition to caring for our cat she looked after our plants well. Upon our return she had thought to leave milk in the fridge and left other thoughtful personal touches. We have no hesitation in recommending her for any house-sitting position she may apply for.

  I have known Lyn for over 20 years and she is a close personal friend, Lyn has house sat for us on a number of occasions ranging from a few days to over three months.
  Lyn is of impeccable character, honest and completely trustworthy, she is tidy, well organised and self-sufficient, she is very proactive to any problems that may occur while her clients are away.
  Lyn has performed house sitting many times for pet owners including dogs, cats, chickens and horses and has always taken the utmost care of them.
  Lyn is a non-smoker and is very respectful of her clients wishes while she takes care of their homes and animals.
  
  I have wholeheartedly recommended her to our other friends while they are on holiday and would have no hesitation recommending her to other clients.

  Lyn has my highest recommendation. She is very tidy, respectful, caring and trustworthy. I worked with Lyn for 15 years in a profession where she excelled in a job which required the utmost attention to detail, accuracy, reliability & confidentiality. Lyn has house sat for us on multiple occasions from 1 week to 12 weeks. Lyn always leaves our house tidier than we left it
  and its a pleasure to return to an immaculate house with our plants thriving I have total confidence in her to keep my house and valuables safe. We have recommended her to many of our friends who have all been extremely happy. Lyn has looked after numerous animals including cats, dogs, horses and chickens, some of these on several occasions. She has a way with even the fussiest of animals.

  I first met Lyn five years ago when I looked after her house and dog. Her home was very clean and tidy and she had clear instructions regarding her dog's food and exercise routine. I looked after her house and dog on several occasions and each time I arrived, I was excited to see her dog and also discover the delicious home baked goodies she had left for me. Lyn genuinely cares about people and it was these little touches that made it an absolute delight to care for her home.
  When Lyn told me that she was going to housesit herself, I was thrilled. Her caring nature and attention to detail are traits that I believe are important to have as a housesitter. I would have no hesitation in recommending Lyn to care for your home and pets - your home (and pets) will be in very safe hands.

  Deb and I travelled overseas in August this year for just under 2 weeks and Lyn looked after our pets and house with great care and attention to the daily running of our home. Lyn took a lot of pleasure feeding and watering our animals which include a horse, cat and 2 chickens. Lyn also sent us updates and pics of our pets which gave us great comfort while we were away.   It is indeed a pleasure to provide a reference for Lyn Shirtcliffe. We had Lynn ' house and chicken sit' for us while we were away for four weeks in UK and Europe. We knew that Lyn had done this for others and felt confident in asking her to our place. Our confidence was totally justified. Lyn, who's been a colleague and friend for many years, kept the house beautifully clean and tidy and was reliable and self sufficient. She took great care in looking after our three back yard chickens and kept us appraised of their welfare. She was well organised and even kept and eye on our mail in case we had over-looked some bill that would fall due while we were way. I have no hesitation in recommending her as an excellent house and pet sitter.
