Im a young aspiring actor from Montreal, recently relocated to Oshawa. I have practiced ballet at the National Ballet School of Canada and lived in residence. I have also had the opportunity to live as an exchange student in Texas with a Family with pets. I have also spent most of my summers in Spain where my dad resides. I enjoy an active lifestyle, going for walks, dancing working out.
I work as a Barista on Bloor st/ Bay st, a non-smoker, energetic, athletic, reliable and responsible.
Why I want to house sit
I am always looking for new exciting opportunities. I think that this would be the perfect scenario to share my love with animals, since I don't have my own yet! Looking for something close to downtown near TTC since I work downtown. I like to stay active so taking the pets for walks in parks and trails is the perfect way to do it. As well as getting to know new areas, new people and feeling like local.
My experience
I have experience in pet sitting from family and friends, however I am new to Trustedhousesitters. I have had a family dog for many years as well as a pet rabbit. My grandma, aunts and uncles also have pets that I've been around during my life and at times was responsible for them. I have been around animals my whole life and they seem to be easily attached to me and comfortable!

Matias was a great sitter! Even though he didn't have previous experience with caring for kitties requiring administration of medication, he took up to the challenge and met it with flying colours. Matias was a great sitter! Even though he didn't have previous experience with caring for kitties requiring administration of medication, he took up to the challenge and met it with flying colours. He reviewed instructional videos, consulted his relatives and practiced prior to arriving. He was very gentle with Skittles and was able to give her meds successfully (usually, it takes me 3 attempts each time until the full dose gets accepted but from him she took it without excessive struggle). He maintained my unit clean and even did the laundry before the departure. I would invite him back any time!

Matias watched my teacup puppy, he did an excellent job and I would highly recommend him if you are looking for someone reliable, fun and great with details. Our puppy is high maintenance and requires a lot of attention, Matias was able to follow are directions very well re: her needs. Our puppy became so attached to Matias that two weeks after meeting her she cried when he left. I will definitely call him again for his services in the near future.
I would highly recommend Matias if you are looking for someone that has a lot of energy, caring and respectful to your home and most importantly your family pets.- Organised
