Hi, I recently moved to Cyprus from Australia (spent 29 years in Victoria and NSW) and now want to travel around Europe , particularly UK. Originally from London I have friends and family whom I have not seen for many years and it seems a great opportunity to catch up whilst "sitting".
Why I want to house sit
I enjoy animals. My house and pet sitting experience in Australia allowed me to care for small animals as well as big ones (well one horse who was elderly and "relaxed" all day in a field). I used to have repeat sittings where I didn't see the owners just the pets! I also enjoy travelling and have met lovely pet owners who introduced me to their friends and made my stay much more enjoyable.
My experience
During the many years spent in Australia I would say around 15 years was spent in looking after small animals. Initially I helped friends who needed a hand when they went away then I joined an agency and travelled between Melbourne and Sydney...going back to the same house sits. As I had friends in these places I combined holidays with the pet duties.

Angela is lovely, she is very ‘hands on’ and I was more than happy having her look after my cats and house. She was not phased when my electricity tripped and took everything in her stride. Even tidied my rather dishevelled cupboards!

Angela is wonderful!! She has house & pet sat for me on three occasions & I hope she will do so again.
