About Mikkel & Estela
We are a young married couple, my wife is from Spain and I am from Denmark. We currently live in Denmark where I work at the national rail company as an engineer.
My wife is a translator, currently writing her thesis in a Danish master, adding Danish to her work language. she will soon be working professionally with Spanish, English and Danish...
We are a young married couple, my wife is from Spain and I am from Denmark. We currently live in Denmark where I work at the national rail company as an engineer.
My wife is a translator, currently writing her thesis in a Danish master, adding Danish to her work language. she will soon be working professionally with Spanish, English and Danish among other secondary languages.
We both love travelling and spend most of our free time doing so. We have a cat who's almost 3 years now. His name is Calcetin which means "little sock" which he has on his paws :D
It has been a wish for years to get a dog as well, but it is difficult with traveling and we would like a good match for Calcetin as well.
Why we want to house sit
We would like to house sit because it combines our love for travelling and our love for animals. We are ourselves limited sometimes by finding a sitter for our cat, so we understand how challenging it can be travelling.
Our experience
I have always loved cats and have had cats since I was a child.
My wife shares my love for cats and has had cats and dogs since she was a child.
Between us we have also had turtles, rabbits and birds.
