We are an Italian couple living in Rome. I work for ABI - Italian Banking Association in the Financial Department, I speak English, French and Spanish. My husband Massimo has a Transportation Company. We are no smoker and married for 27 years. We are very reliable, responsible. We have a great respect for other people and an appreciation of what it means to open one's doors to a housesitter. We understand the great importance of caring for a property. We will care, maintain and protect your home like it was our own. Also both growing up with animals, we are accustomed to take care of them. We enjoy meeting new people and learning from others.
We live in Rome and I work in the centre of Rome. We're parents of two grownt sons. Arianna's 20 and Tommaso, 19teen years old.
We've two wonderful cats, Honey and Rhum. The whole family loves those cats a lot. We like (prefer!!!) to travel alone, but we are a very dynamic family so sometime our childrens came with us. We're great problem solver, available to do every kind of physical and non physical works.
We are flexible and eclectics people. With our two agonistic sporting children so we use to be flexible and change programme optimizing time depending on needs...
We likes a lot sports, pets, travel, cinema, reading. We traveled a lot in many countries.
Both we have driving licence and a sanitary and life insurance.
We had a very nice experiences, for human and cultural point of view, in volunteering by Workaway.com in Costa Rica for 40 days, as receptionist and general cleaning in an Hostel in Samara.
We met people from all around the world, Italy, France, USA, South America, UK, Germany, Asia, Canada... We have learned many things from each other, shared experiences, had fun, made some short trips and adventures in nature.
We are still in contact with them, we have become a family and always remember their contribution, initiative and love to our initiative. That experience increased our personality, our flexibility, and our mindedness.
Why we want to house sit
House and pet sitting allows us to combine our love for travelling, seeing new places and experiencing different ways of life. You can find out a lot more about a place when you integrate into through living in a home than in a hotel. We love pets. We've two fantastic cats Honey and Rhum that I love soooo much and during the summer we sit Zara a Labrador.
I want also improve my english, but also my french and my spanish.
At least I can't use a lot of money for MY travel because I've also two sons who travel a lot and money are never enough...
Our experience
We've two wonderful cats, Honey and Rhum. The whole family loves those cats a lot. During summer season we spend our holidays in our mountain house sitting our brother in law Labrador Zara a cute dog.
Ale just sitted two cats in Dubai and sitted two cats and five dogs in Easter period in Greece.
Up to date sitted pets:
Dubai: cat Niecy, James Bond.
Gialova: dogs: Izzy, Dany, Milly, Julia and Daisy - Cats: Spinkley and Rosy.

Ali came to us from Rome. She is responsible, mature, trustworthy, speaks several languages and is very well organised. She also has a great sense of humour. Ali came to us from Rome. She is responsible, mature, trustworthy, speaks several languages and is very well organised. She also has a great sense of humour. She did a great job looking after our pets and although we have have 5 dogs and 2 cats it all went very well. In particular she sent a little email every day letting us know that she and the pets were all OK which put us at ease. When we got back the house was tidier than when we left ! Thanks so much Ali. We look forward to seeing you back again one day. Highly recommended.

Alessandra was a lovely guest. she was available at short notice and came within a few days.
My apartment was clean and the cats were very relaxed when I got home. She sent updates and photos and I could see she was a pet lover.
I highly recommend Ale and if she ever wants to come back to Dubai...Alessandra was a lovely guest. she was available at short notice and came within a few days.
