I knew Michael for two years and as a landlord. I have a high regard for him for his trustworthiness. He is very neat and organized. He treated the apartment as if he owns it. Usually most tenants do not go the extra length to do that. I also find him very detail oriented. He paid attention to every detail. His Australian Kelpie, Luna is a beautiful well cared for dog while he was a tenant with us.
