I am a Canadian trained doctor who has recently sold her practice and moved overseas to join my husband who was offered a job in the Netherlands. Loving traveling and looking for ways to fill our time we stumbled upon TrustedHousesitters and couldn't believe our eyes - an opportunity to travel and help animals lovers at the same time - we think so! In the past we have been known to ask friends to look after their pets for them, and we both love traveling, so this seemed like a pretty great fit.
Why we want to house sit
To see new parts of the world, and help animals lovers travel with ease knowing that their loved ones are safe with us.
Our experience
We have always loved pets, having had many growing up, and have pet, house, and child sat for many friends and family over the years. In addition to pet, house, and child sitting we've both gone on many hikes and trips with our friends and their pets. We tend to make friends with other animal lovers and are truly animal lovers ourselves! In addition to being animal lovers, we are trust worthy and reliable.

Anna was a great sitter - she cared for our (young, exciteable) dog and home for a weekend and was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish.
