About Louise

I originate from Scandinavian back-ground, divorced and proud mother of four beautiful well mannered children. The two youngest are students in London. My daughter is studying International finances at King’s College and my rugby playing son is studying sports science. Two girls live in Dubai, one in the Finance Buisness and one owns her own fashion boutique for the past seven years.

I am a fun, talkative outgoing person with endless energy, clean and tidy, honest & reliable and non smoker. I am a good driver and responsible in all matters.
Having lived in several European countries, I now divide my time between Dubai and Spain . I used to travel worldwide - when working in the family food business - which I miss. Now I work part time and I am involved in charitable matters. Having a wide range of hobbies which includes walking, skiing, swimming, yoga, tennis, traveling, shopping, cooking and socialising amongst others.

Why I want to house sit

I would like to see and experience new places which I have never visited before. What better way than to stay in a cosy family property rather than a hotel. A home away from home and with loving animals to care for, which makes a proper daily routine and many healthy walks. Getting to know people and having furry friends as well.
I plan to travel the world little by little and I promise that the person(s) who chose me wont be disappointed.

My experience

Loving my pets as a child when I grew up in the country- side North of Sweden, I had a dog, many cats and two rabbits. In my adult life I have had two adorable dogs ; an Alsatian (cross breed hence the name 'longnose' ) and Suki the Doberman .
As a child I spent as much time as possible at my uncles big farm with all kinds of farm animals which I enjoyed feeding .
My brother has cats which I adore and always spend some quality time with them on my visits.
On my recent Mexican trip I shared responsibility with a friend to care for a dog which needed a lot of walks (privately not via THS).

Louise is an angel! From the moment she reached out to me I need she had a special charm and her in-person visit did not disappoint. She is very friendly and cultured. I have an older cat who warmed up to her immediately. She kept me posted daily with funny posts and photos of the little guy. She even stayed an extra day to make sure he didn't have to spend one night alone. She even left me flowers and new plants in my mini herb garden! I would pick Louise again in a heartbeat!

Louise was a real hit with my special needs pets (a paralyzed cat and an 18 year old dog). They LOVED her in a way I've never seen them warm up to someone they don't know. Louise stayed for a few days after we returned from our trip, and every time she opened her door, both of them would run out to look for/greet her. I think they wanted to trade me for her! :) We are so grateful for Louise and her patience not only with our pets, but also our very simple living conditions! Thank you Louise!
