We are a family of four originally from the United States that are taking two years off to see the world. We want to learn about different cultures and people. We are always open to trying new things and really learning about how real people live. Even though we have two children, we are very respectful and careful in other people's homes. We love animals and will enjoy spending time with them.
Why we want to house sit
Our goal in our travels is to really learn about the different cultures, not just visit the tourist sites. We especially like homes that have a yard to play in.
Our experience
We have been homeowners for years and owned rental property as well. Though traveling means we haven't had our own pets for years, we are quite experienced with handling other people's pets and are looking forward to having animals around to love.

Lovely family cared for our pets with great dedication one of our dogs had an abcess the day before we left and Alrica and Erich just took it in their stride and gave out medication prescribed by the vet perfectly. Lovely family cared for our pets with great dedication one of our dogs had an abcess the day before we left and Alrica and Erich just took it in their stride and gave out medication prescribed by the vet perfectly. They stayed for a week and it was if they had not been here the house was as we left it. Handover all went to plan smoothly and great efficiency. I would recommend 100% it was a pleasure to meet such nice people.

Alrica and family came to our house whilst we were already away. They quickly showed that they are/were the right people for the housesit with their very caring attitude toward Pepsi and our property. We are very happy for them to come again in the future should the situation arise.
