Let me introduce myself, Susan and my wonderful husband Daniel. We are an active, mature couple who have our base in London and have extensive experience in taking care of all types of pets and properties from large gated houses to small terraced abodes. We are well travelled and love animals whatever their size or shape. We have been with Trusted Housesitters for some time now and have a large amount of written references that we are able to provide to any prospective clients, should they require and have pursued past clients for their email references which they have kindly submitted for us here also. We are fully police checked and have achieved full star ratings with this company.
Why we want to house sit
Now that we are both retired, we have plenty of time to indulge our love of animals and of meeting new people around the globe. In past years we have had pets of our own but doing lots of travelling means we have decided that it would be unfair to keep our own. It therefore seemed a no-brainer to join this site and hopefully indulge our love of both travelling and spending time with other peoples beloved animals.
Our experience
My husband and I have a vaste experience of housesitting and looking after pets. I myself created a pet sitting business which is now run by my son and my husband grew up in a farming environment in Australia. He went on to run his own skydiving business in New Zealand, being the first man in the Southern Hemisphere to design and manufacture parachutes. My background is from the financial sector in London and as well as the pet sitting business I created, I am also a director of my own communications company. We both love animals of all shapes and sizes and relish the opportunity to take loving care of family pets whilst making sure that all homes are kept safe and secure. We look forward to hearing from you if you think we might be suitable for your needs.

Susan and Daniel were simply amazing!!! I don’t believe we could have had better house sitters, I was at total ease with them taking care of our house and dog as soon as I met them.
We have never returned from a trip to see our beautiful cockapoo Harriet so chilled, happy and relaxed, they worked...Susan and Daniel were simply amazing!!! I don’t believe we could have had better house sitters, I was at total ease with them taking care of our house and dog as soon as I met them.
We have never returned from a trip to see our beautiful cockapoo Harriet so chilled, happy and relaxed, they worked their magic on her!
The house was spotlessly clean on our return and throughout our trip Susan and Daniel sent us updates and pictures which was so comforting, so we could enjoy our trip more.
They are a great couple and I truly hope they will come and sit for us again.
Without hesitation, I would highly recommend Susan and Daniel.

Susan and Daniel were fantastic house sitters and a really lovely couple. They arrived at the appointed time, settled themselves in with no fuss and immediately were completely at ease as to how our home worked. They introduced themselves to our dog Sammy who took to them immediately, along with our two cats Maximilian and Clementine. We arrived home to happy and relaxed pets and the house was left impeccably clean and tidy. We would very much like Susan and Daniel to house sit for us again in the future and highly recommend them

Susan and Daniel were an extremely warm and likeable couple. They were everything their reviews said, absolutely faultless. My dog and two cats were very happy and content when we returned and I was so happy to see my lawns had been mowed. Thank you so much. I hope you will come again.
