We both studied Adventure Education at Chichester University. We are both saving up to go travelling in 2019 but want to make use of our experience & develop our knowledge with housesitting. It will definitely help us out for when we are travelling.
Evie - has a love for adventure, travel & fitness. I have worked as a husky sled guide (caring for 50 dogs) for 9 months in Norway & have been working at an expedition company for the past few years. An avid runner, I am a qualified PT & kettlebell instructor and you can usually find me training for a marathon or some form of race. I love to explore different places, see new cultures and areas but have a passion for animals. I have my own dogs & cats at home.
Mitch - has worked in both Canada & Japan as a ski and snowboard instructor. He was learning about responsibilities, care and understanding needed to teach other people new skills. Mitch loves animals, however he has not had any animals previously but when he visits Evie he is often left in charge of looking after the animals, he also volunteered at uni with walking of dogs and cared for our 4 fish.
We are avid explorers & sportsman - always keen for an adventure.
Why we want to house sit
We love to explore different places, see new cultures and areas but have a passion for animals, looking after animals and seeking new adventures is a dream.
It may just be Evie for the house sit as Mitch tends to go away for a season :)
Our experience
Evie - worked as a husky sled guide (caring for 50 dogs) in Norway. Has always had dogs & cats, currently has 2 dogs & 2 cats.
Mitch - has been developing his skills. Often looking after friends & families pets. He volunteered at university with Evie walking dogs & cared for our 4 fish during university.

Evie Butler shows so much compassion and thoughtfulness around animals. Her first thought of the day is her own dogs and cats and then also how she can help others. She's conscientious and respectful when out walking with other peoples dogs. She loves to be surrounded with all types of animals...
Evie Butler shows so much compassion and thoughtfulness around animals. Her first thought of the day is her own dogs and cats and then also how she can help others. She's conscientious and respectful when out walking with other peoples dogs. She loves to be surrounded with all types of animals at all times.
She is very respectful of people and their homes when visiting, and recently joined 'borrow my dog' and walks two pugs regularly.
She is very independent and recently travelled to Norway alone on a work placement. During this time taking a flight to another city for a small break. Nothing phazes her and no challenge to big.
She's dedicated to her sport as well which takes a lot of discipline and is training for a marathon.- Organised
