Why I want to house sit
As stated, I love to travel but it is important for me to see the real life of where I stay rather than the tourist areas. I love to explore little side streets & find local places to eat & drink and I also like cycling. I always stay in apartments or home-stays instead of big hotels so HOUSE-SITTING for me would give me a chance to experience your lives, your neighbourhood, your local favourites and maybe even your friends too :) I'm a 'homely', single person so would treat your home and pets as lovingly as I treat my own. When at home I enjoy cooking, watching old movies and music ( never too loud ) :)
My experience
Previously cared for twin boys (8) and their 3yr old chocolate Labrador called Wispa (after the choccie bar.... how sweet is that!! ) in THEIR home when single mother went overseas for 2wks to get married.
Cared for friends 'Sproker' named Spud when she took daughter (15) to dance contests. (Gold medalist).....how proud am I.
Previously worked as a LIVE IN nanny (sole charge of home when mum worked away)
Regularly care for neighbours' Rabbit (Merlin), Cat (Blinky) & the fish family , when they go away in their camper van.
I'm a RELIABLE, TRUSTWORTHY, FUN, HONEST, HOMELY, ANIMAL LOVING person. I love watching sport, listening to music, watching TV and travelling.

Sandy looked after our little cat for a week over half term and we couldn't be more pleased that she did! She is obviously a cat lover and took great care of Dolly but more than that she left our home spotless and even lefts gifts! Communication, both before and during the sit, was great so we felt assured that we were leaving Dolly in safe hands. I would wholeheartedly recommend Sandy as a sitter and we are hoping she will come back again one day.

Your home felt safe and warm in an area close to public transport with a grocery shop within walking distance. Sandra is a warm and friendly pet sitter. We felt assured immediately that she would look after our cat with great care and attention.

Sandra was very respectful of our home and took great care to ask plenty of questions about how best to look after the flat in our absence.
It was so nice to come home to a happy and relaxed cat and a tidy flat.

Dear Valerie. Thank you so much for your wonderful review. I appreciate it enormously and would be very happy to return any time to see and care for Garlic again. She was a delightful companion who made me laugh when we played with her fluffy tail toy. She also purred softly whilst enjoying her pampering. Your home was welcoming, comfortable and felt extremely safe in a great, quiet location. It makes me very happy to know that you were satisfied by the whole experience and that Garlic was happy and relaxed upon your return.
