Larry and I have two college aged boys. We like to play bridge and travel. Larry works out of the country, so we spend my school holidays meeting in various places. I love to cook, so my kitchen is large and equipped with almost everything you could possibly imagine!

Why we want to house sit
We want to house sit primarily because I miss my pets so much when we travel. I also like staying somewhere with kitchen facilities so we don't need to go to a restaurant for every meal.
Our experience
I have always had pets. I started showing dogs (Corgi's) as a child. I have bred and shown PBGV's for over twenty-five years. I have worked as kennel help in veterinary offices and for professional handlers. I had a diabetic cat, so I am not afraid of giving injections. I have been around farm animals and horses, and would not mind caring for them also.

Lindley and Larry are a lovely couple who took great care of our animal gang and our home. The pets were their top priority and they showered them with love and affection. Lindley and Larry are a lovely couple who took great care of our animal gang and our home. The pets were their top priority and they showered them with love and affection. Lindley is very knowledgable and gave us great advice on the feeding position for our 3 legged dog. They are friendly, good fun and it was a pleasure having them to house sit for us.

Lindley and family arrived the day before we travelled - lovely family; we almost wished we could delay our own journey to spend more time with them! They hit it off with the cats straight away.
We came home to a clean and tidy house, and three happy cats. We couldn’t have asked for more :).

We had not used" trusted housesitters" before so naturally, we felt a little apprehensive ... we needn't have worried. Lindley arrived and she was all the things that you would hope someone you entrust your home and animals to would be!!!
