Why I want to house sit
I like new places and new experiences...it's invigorating!
My experience
Six years of house and petsitting when I first moved to the West Coast, mostly in the San Francisco Bay Area but also in Oregon, Hawaii, Los Angeles, France, Bali, and elsewhere. In the past 2-1/2 years of being back to housesitting I've been steadily booked, including several repeats (three and four times each place, for as long as 3 months(. Dogs, cats, fish, birds....no problem.
I'm a freelance writer and web developer so I work wherever I am, meaning I'm around to keep pets company.
