I am a pet lover whom has a very intuitive nature with any type of pet in my care. I have been doing pet sitting since 2000 with much TLC. I also have owned homes since the '80's. Therefore I respect any home environs I stay in, and leave them the same way I find them, if not better. When a pet is in my care, the well-being of it is my top priority. As well as giving pet owners much peace of mind while they're away. Although I am of what one might think the beginnings of a mature age, I am young- minded, and with a positive attitude on life, and zest for it too- in which I bring that loving attitude to any pet in my care, as well as respect to them too -as they deserve as such as much as us humans do! Especially because I know they are part of a family!
Why I want to house sit
Because at this time in my life I am able to travel, and want to because of my passion for that, and my continued passion of taking care of pets too. I want to do both in conjunction with each other. I like discovering new places too, and staying in a private, peaceful residence suits me. I also know that when any type of pet is able to stay in it's own home environs when its owner is away, that it allows for little or no stress for the pets when in the care of someone else. Allowing for peace of mind for you, the pet owner and for me, because I love and enjoy taking care of pet families!
My experience
As a home and pet owner for many years, and a professional pet sitter with a heart full of TLC , with experience and expertise with all types of pets since 2000 , I feel I bring much reliability to give owners much peace of mind while they're away. I left the corporate world years ago knowing that giving TLC to pet owner's pets was my calling, and I have been loving doing as such ever since, as well as have the pet owner's too that have used my services ! Even though I have provided these services as a profession for a number of years, it works for me at this time in my life to do as such now in how this site works-at little or no cost to you, the pet owner, and use of a vehicle or not .

Thank you so much Lynn! I truly enjoyed meeting you too, and providing much TLC to Bowie ,Cleo and the birds! And as you know, loving the surroundings of your home environs, and your country- never to be forgotten-as Scotland, especially in the area you live, the highlands, is truly a magical place of beauty!! I would be more then happy to come back to that area, and provide pet care with much TLC for your pets again during any Aug and/or Sept. Or even if you know other pet owners that may express to you they have a need for pet care during that time of year- I would be grateful if, and/or when you might steer them my way! We returned from our trip to find our home clean and neat and our pets happy and well cared for. We would not hesitate to use Claudia again if the opportunity arose.

Claudia stayed at our house for two weeks--taking care of our active black lab Humphrey and our home. She diligently walked him for an hour every morning and played with him through out the day. She collected mail, took out the trash cans and kept our house so tidy. There aren't enough positive adjectives to describe how happy we are with the care Claudia provided Humphrey and our home. She arrived on the afternoon before we left town so that we had the opportunity to meet and walk her through everything, drive around town and give landmarks... We all enjoyed the time we spend with her and are so thrilled that she was able to stay in our home.
