90 Miles of Beach

Introduction
Our beautiful 3 bedroom home sits across the road from the beautiful 90 Mile Beach in Gippsland Victoria. Behind us sits Lake Reeve. We travel occasionally and can't always take our two dogs with us. They are both house trained and just love company. If you like the beach/fishing/walking/and a very quiet lifestyle you will enjoy our Happy Place.
Our Home & Location
The home has 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom.It is two story with living upstairs and Bedrooms etc downstairs. It is on a large block. Your are a two minute walk to the beach. 5 minutes by car to the General store Post Office and 20 minutes to the nearest major town of Sale. We have lots of wildlife, Kangaroos, Wombats, Possums etc , walking out the front gate will take you to 90 miles of pristine beach facing the Tasman Sea. If you walk out the back you will find Lake Reeve, part of the vast Gippsland Lakes System.There is so much to do. We are on tank water but have lots of storage, and we have a 5kw grid connected Solar system, you have reverse cycle heating and cooling. You will want for nothing. The block is fully fenced to keep the fury ones contained.
Responsibilities & Pets
The two dogs Tilly and Dobby love their daily walk on the beach or are just as happy going for a walk locally.They are booth under 1yr but use a doggie door to go outside and are house trained. Dobby loves to sit with you or on your feet and Tilly likes to be close in her bed. They both sleep in the laundry and have access to outside in an enclosed area.
