FIFO Couple - Cat Sitter Required
Hi, I am Jenna. I currently do FIFO work on a 8 days on and 6 days off roster doing site administration at a gold mine. I am originally from New Zealand. My partner Fred is sometimes required to work away for his work as well, he is a roof plumber and is originally from Belgium. Fred speaks French if that is handy for fellow sitters, otherwise we both speak fluent English. We both now have a cat, Angus, since March this year as his previous owner did not want him. We both love this cat dearly and he is very chill. He is an indoor cat and he loves cuddles and naps with the ocassional walk out the back of the house.
Our Home & Location
We are currently renting a unit. Across the road, basically at the end of our driveway, there is a Foodmart, post shop, butcher and chemist which is very handy if you don't have a car as it is 1 min walking distance. Then in a 5min drive there is Maddington shopping centre and Carousel Shopping Mall is 30mins away. Kenwick trainstation is a 5min drive away or 22min walk on googlemaps. It's a quiet location and it's an end unit, which is quite nice for us. At the back of the house it is a small back courtyard but you can still enjoy some of greenery and wild birds flying by.
Responsibilities & Pets
Feed angus one pouch for breakfast usually around 7am and one pouch for dinner, around 4.30-5pm. Angus has 3/4 cup of dry biscuits for throughout the day and fresh water everyday. Clean out his litterbox when required, usually maintain by scooping his poop daily in a bag and bin. Once a week, change litter. Clean up after yourself and maintain the floors by vacumning and mopping. Vacumn couches of fur. Make sure Angus never leaves the house by the front door, he is only allowed to roam outside at the back of house.
If you are sitting on the Thursday evening, can you please take the rubbish bins at the end of driveway? The rubbish truck collects every Friday morning - very early, before 8am. The recyling bin gets collected every second week.
