2 Fun Loving Dogs in need of a Sitter :)
We have 2 very handsome, loving, large gentle dogs.
It's very important to us that you have experience with large dogs as they have to be exercised everyday. We are looking for people who love dogs and are willing to give the love and attention they need. Burley is a 6 year old Labrador x Vizsla and has a loud hound bark (when he's excited) he's 70lbs in weight and will be your favourite trail buddy. Bear is a 2 year old Bernese Mountain dog x Greater Swiss Mountain dog and is very loving and is currently weighing around 101lbs and will get bigger. They can be boisterous at times outside the house. Bear loves to play fetch and Burley loves to be groomed and get belly rubs....
We just want to know whoever is looking after them is able to feed them morning and night, spend some time with them (doesn't need to be the whole day) and can give us updates on how everything's going every few days! + More info
Our Home & Location
We live in the Garden Suite level part of the house. The indoor size is 1200sqft with 2 bedrooms. Ourselves and neighbours are quiet, calm and we have lots of privacy and respect for each other's space. Being located on Seymour Mountain means that we have access to endless trails and ski slopes. The house has a fire place for winter time and, stays nice and cool in the summer!
We are very close to one of the best breweries (Deep Cove Brewery), close to shops, yoga studios, climbing gym, cafes and have public transport access half a block from our front door if you feel like going down town :)
Responsibilities & Pets
Both doggies need to be fed and exercised daily. They can be left alone for up to 6 hours. We like to walk them for an hour in the morning and then a shorter walk in the evening. They also love a big day of hiking and playing in the garden. They are on a raw food diet so you must me comfortable handling raw meat, it also requires being diligent with hygiene.
You're welcome to use everything we have to offer. We have a fenced in yard with a BBQ, picnic bench and a hammock in the trees for some relaxation :)
