Catsitting in the Ottawa/Gatineau area
I love traveling , but with 8 rescued cats it makes things a bit more complicated as I cannot just pick up and leave ! But honestly cats are so easy - feed them - pet them - clean the boxes and they are happy ! I am originally from Montreal but have been living in the Ottawa area for 5 years now and I love it ! So much to see and do!
Our Home & Location
I live in a beautiful sunny and modern condo in the heart of Le Plateau in Gatineau. 10km away from downtown Ottawa and 3km away from Gatineau Park with all its hiking trails. Ottawa is easily accessible by city bus .
Responsibilities & Pets
I do share my home with 8 rescued cats of various ages, but I pride myself in not looking or smelling like a home with cats. They are all easy going - Leo (10 yrs old) being the scared one - he takes time to warm up to strangers - Kenya (15 yrs old) and Henri (1 yr old) will meet you at the door and act like dogs more then cats - Elsa is my 2nd eldest (14 yrs old) one and she needs twice daily medication for her thyroid condition. Sheba (14 yrs old) is the quiet one, Lola (10 yrs old) is an adorable polydactyl ball of fluff , Felix (6 yrs olds) is also polydactyl and a snuggly cat . Charlotte (3yrs old) is quite the chatty one (but not at night)
They need to be fed 2 times a day and the litter boxes to be clean 2 times a day
