Enchanting jungle paradise offers long term sit for mature couple

Introduction
We came to Costa Rica as pensioners because we had heard a lot about the friendliness of the people and the beauty of the country. In addition, the Ticos do an excellent job of preserving their nature. Where else in the world in such a small country can one find four such impressive climate zones? In the north the arid zone with its mountains and cattle herds, the hot Caribbean coast with its Creole people, the central plateau with moderate climate and almost constant wind and above all the southern Pacific coast with its rich fauna and the invigorating sea breeze.
Here we live, because we fell in love with the country.
Our Home & Location
Our house sticks like an eagle's nest on a steep slope in the coastal mountains with a wide view into the valley. Therefore you also need a car with 4 x 4. From our terrace we look directly at a 30 m high private waterfall, which is accessible exclusively from our property.
A developed way leads down to the waterfall pond.
In spite of the remote location we have three neighbors in our proximity. The nearest neighbour is 150 m as the crow flies. A visual contact does not exist however.
From our entrance gate one has a 360° view over the sea and the peninsula Osa.
The sea with its endless beaches can be reached in 20 minutes.
The national park "Marino Ballena" with its famous "Wale's tail" can be reached in 25 minutes. With a day trip you reach the large national park "Corcovado".
You can shop in the well-equipped supermarkets in Uvita or Palmar Norte - both places can be reached in about 25 minutes.
