Introduction

Wanna enjoy may be some winter outdoor life but also see the capital of Finland with its jugend buildings and other attractions?

We need someone/s with experience about dogs - about rescue dogs is even better....

We have one older rescue dog. She is scared at first about new men but gets used quickly. However due to this challenge we prefer females/couples.

Our Home & Location

We have 2 bedroom flat (74square meters) in 4th floor with good location - and nice views mainly towards city forest.

A huge living room, good wifi, Netflix, led TV, washing machine, dishwasher, floor heating in the bathroom, balcony. However this is quite basic apartment - not luxurious but has everything needed....

House sitter/s can use the main bedroom after we have left (we wanna spend one day together at the begining so for the first night you can sleep on the sofa bed in the living room).

Nice neighborhood with mainly older buildings and lots of trees. Abt 30min by bus to the centre. However only 250meters to the (city) forest to walk with the dog.
The area is good specially to people whom like sport and/or wanna stay away from city centre traffic but not too far to visit there.

Distances:
A good grocery: 600m
smaller grocery: 250m
bus stop: 300-600m depending wich one
forest: 250m
ice skating rink 100m
cross-country-skiing track abt 400m depenging on the snow situation - at the moment there is good amount of snow!

Responsibilities & Pets

Taking good care of the dog is the most important. The dog has some special needs specially while walking (she is scared about bikes and abt some other dogs but not all.). She needs to be walked 3 times in a day: 20-30 in the morning, 45min-1 hour in the (early) afternoon and just a short walk abt 10-15 min in quite late evening.

The dog can be left alone max 6 hours per day. But that's far enough to visit city or eg go ice skating! :)...

Keeping home clean and tidy. Please notice that Finnish cleaning standards are high and we wanna return home which is as clean as we left it.

No smoking.
