Someone for Bracken
Richard and I are British retirees who have been living in the Quercy region of France for 14 years. We have now moved to a modern, easy to maintain house in a small village in the beautiful Department of The Lot. Our capital city is the lovely town of Cahors, some 30 minutes away, but we are also in easy reach of Agen, Fumel, Brive and Montauban. Ten minutes away is the town of Prayssac in the scenic valley du Lot with a superb market on Fridays. In the other direction in Cazals with its market on Sundays.
Our village has a bakery, a village shop anda bar/pizzeria/restaurant just a three minute walk away....
We have one cat who is well behaved, but needs a lot of affection. She is quite happy to stay at home all day alone for your trips out. + More info
Our Home & Location
Our house sits in a small valley behind the village. We have three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and another toilet and shower. Open plan lounge/diner with English TV , good sized kitchen with two ovens and a dishwasher. One of the bedrooms is on the ground level with en suite walk in shower.
There are helpful neighbours nearby, French, English and American.
Responsibilities & Pets
To live in our house, clean and maintain the pool when necessary, water our plants and most importantly feed and cuddle our cat. She has a cat flat so that she may enter and exit the house when she pleases.
