House and Cat Sitter

Introduction
I live on my own with my two cats. I am semi retired, I work a mixture of house cleaning and gardening, approximately 12 hours a week. I'm involved with the Wellington Botanical Society and I participate in Small Mammal Monitoring at Baring Head, 4 times a year. I have a small fruit and vegetable garden. I enjoy reading, relaxing, meeting friends for coffee in Petone, and just watching the world go by.
I am looking for a female as my cats don’t like males. I am offering a bedroom with a single bed and my house is not set up for children.
Our Home & Location
I live in Naenae, in a small 3 bedroom house. I have a shower over the bath with a hand basin. There is a separate room for the toilet with a hand basin. I have a heatpump and recently I had double glazing installed. I also have WiFi and unlimited broadband and Chrome cast, or you can watch Freeview.
I overlook a school and there are hills covered in bush to look out to and a large variety of birds nearby in the trees. I have a small garden and only in summer would I need any watering done. I live two minutes walk away from the bus stops, one goes to Petone, via Waterloo Railway Station, and the other bus goes to Naenae shops, they run every 20 minutes and during the weekend they run every 30 minutes, between Naenae shopping centre and Petone shopping centre. At the Naenae shopping centre, we have a large indoor pool.
Its a 10 minute walk to the local shops, one laundromat, one dairy and two takeaways, fish and chips and Chinese combined.
Its a 15 minute drive to Lower Hutt shops which I use. We have a lovely art gallery in Lower Hutt, called The Dowse and it has a good cafe, its open 7 days a week. There's also Countdown, New World, Pak'nSave, and Queensgate shopping mall.
In Petone, a 20 minute drive, there are heaps of cafes, restaurants, Kmart, Briscoes, Rebel Sports, The Warehouse and a large variety of dress and shoe shops, The Chocolate shop, The Spice Shop etc.
Petone has a lovely beach with a walkway and cafes on the way.
Eastbourne is another lovely suburb with lots of houses on the hills surrounded by bush and you can catch the EastbyWest Ferry either to Matiu/Somes Island or to the Wellington CBD.

Responsibilities & Pets
I have one elderly cat who prefers the cold days. I give her a tray with dry kitty litter daily, she drinks heaps of water and would eat all day as well if I let her. I always make sure that there is a bowl of water in the house for drinking for Lily and Rusty to share. Outside I keep an ice cream container full at all times.
Only in summer would I need the garden to be watered and there would be fruit and vegetables for you to pick and eat. They are both moggies but loved....
I would leave a few trays ready with kitty litter to help you get started.
