Pet sitter near Oslo
I am single, living in a small appartment with my 9 year old belgian shepherd, Lucy, and 2 year old cat, Belinda. A 2 minute walk takes you out into fields and woods, even a cross country ski trail if there is snow, while busses into Oslo or to the train station run every 10 minutes.
The dates in November are not set in stone as I don't get my work schedule until next week, when I will be off the grid for 2 weeks at a meditation retreat. The dates I have posted are the dates that I am hoping to travel. I have posted them to give a general idea of the time frame.
Our Home & Location
The appartment is on the ground floor and is part of the personell housing for a large university hospital. There is a grocery store a couple minute walk away. 2 minutes in the other direction will take you to fields and woods - great for walking the dog and with a cross-country ski trail if there's snow. 2 large shopping centers are in walking distance (20 minutes), as well as cinema and library. Bus service to Oslo is every 15 minutes with the 300 (most direct). You can buy tickets at the Narvesen Kiosk in the hospital lobby (much cheaper than buying them on the bus). There is a laundry room that can be used (for free) in the building.
Responsibilities & Pets
Lucy needs daily feeding and a walk, she is used to being left alone for several hours while I work, but you will have to take her with you if you decide to go exploring Norway for several days.
Belinda can be left alone for 3-4 days....
The beta fish just needs about 5 little grains of fish food daily, but can go 2 weeks without food.
There are also some plants that will need water. + More info
