House sitter for three small dogs who entertain themselves in their own garden in their Spanish villa! Plant watering also appreciated.
Myself and my mum Pam live in this gorgeous house with these three little dogitos in a beautiful place in Spain. We love to travel but have been travelling more with the dogs lately rather than going further afield. We would though love someone who could come and keep them safe, give them some love and cuddles so that we can go away and know they will be happy.
Our Home & Location
The villa is modern and on an urbanisation 2KM outside the lovely village of Altea la Vella which has amazing bars, restaurants, supermarkets....basically everything you could possibly need. It is a wonderful place with a great vibe. The beach is about 4KM away and is also gorgeous and quiet because it is semi pebbles so the Spanish love it and you have space to breath. Altea town is a 10 minute drive away and is one of the most beautiful places on the whole of the Costa Blanca. We are surrounded by greenery and mountains here and then close to the coast so we have the best of everything.
The house has EVERYTHING! We have electric video entry phone, home security, air conditioning, fibre optic internet, UKTV, private swimming pool (not heated!!), completely private fenced garden....
There would be one bedroom provided for the house-sit and this has a double bed and also a single bed. + More info
Responsibilities & Pets
The dogs are really house dogs! So they get fed twice a day - breakfast and evenings. Clean up after then in the morning and evening. We follow them around!!! We don't walk them, they run around the house like lunatics in the Winter and in the Summer it is too hot so they will just have a run around in the evenings if they fancy it. We don't leave them ever for more than 4 hours. Obviously, keeping the front gate closed and the dogs in the house if the gate is open is our main concern. Charlie and Poppy will escape if the gate is open even a small bit. You can enter and exit the gate by a small gate so it is not necessary to open the big gate which is a solution to this problem.
Keeping the house secure if you are not in the house and at night....
Also, just giving the plants a bit of water in the evening in the garden would also be amazing and really really appreciated. + More info
