2 cats 2 bedroom apartment in Pully - October 18-28
My name is Susanne, a Dutch person moved to Lausanne for work.
In October, I will be visiting the US for a wedding for about 10 days and I would love to have house sitters. My cats are getting older and I like the idea of them having company when I am away....
According to my friends and family, living in my apartment feels like being away on a vacation! The area is very cool, the lake is perfect for strolling, dining, boating. The city of Lausanne is buzzing with shops, food and music, the mountains are very close to allow hiking or skiing and the area where I live is nice and quiet.
I have two cats that are the king and queen of the house.
Since the cats are not used to children, I prefer house sitters without kids (or other animals). + More info
Our Home & Location
My apartment is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment in Pully. Location is walking distance to Musee Olympique (15 mins) and about 30 minutes to either Ouchy or centrum of Lausanne. A bus takes you there in 5-10 minutes.
Only 15 minutes drive/train to the Swiss Riviera (Vevey, Montreux) and close proximity to the mountains and lac Leman
Responsibilities & Pets
My cats are older, so they come with quirks:
Djin, the big male , is overweight, so he eats diet food.
Juno, the tiny girl that you might not see the first 2 days , has a kidney disease and eats renal food.
Food is provided in automated bowls (recognising the correct cat) and color coded. Fresh feed required once a day.
They both drink a lot, so the water fountain needs to be refilled too.
They are picky on their letterbox, so once a week, it requires cleaning the litter box (I have a scoop free, so it means taking out the tray and replacing it with a new one. No scooping required).
They are messy, so not mandatory but you probably like to know there is a wireless vacuum in the laundry room.
They mostly like to cuddle (or play with tin foil balls or their catnip toys)
