Looking after my cat whilst i am away
I am a French and Spanish teacher, and mother of two boys, Lucas 13 and Tom 9, and owner of a gorgeous cat, Suki,10, recently adopted. I am active and sporty and also love yoga, drawing and reading. I also love travelling and often need to go to France to visit family. As a family, we are used to sharing our house and have participated to holiday house exchanges schemes or just left it to the care and enjoyment of friends and acquaintances. I am obviously biased, but I think Suki has to be the best cat ever! She takes to any visitor and makes them feel welcome. She is sociable, friendly and loves a little attention but is independent and used to my being out of the house in the day.
Our Home & Location
Our house is located in Greater London. A 15-minute walk from the Central Line tube station into London, with all its attractions, but also a 5-minute walk from Epping Forest and close to the lovely Essex countryside and estuaries. Buckhurst Hill is a peaceful, leafy London suburb. The house is a traditional terraced Victorian house, although it feels quite spacious, with a back garden.
Responsibilities & Pets
Suki is a very friendlyand sociable lady cat, who is also quite low maintenance. She needs wet food in the morning and evenig and dried food and fresh water left for her for the day. Her litter needs looking after every day to be kept fresh, and changed every week (winter) /other week (summer). In the evening, I would like her cat flap locked so she stays out of trouble. She loves to share the sofa with you in the evening and will seek your company.
