Cooper in Battersea
Luke and I have moved to London from Melbourne, Australia with our dog Cooper. She’s a Murray River Curly Coated Retriever and will turn 2 in April 2019. She has a lot of energy and needs to go on at least 2 walks a day. We live 5 minutes away from Battersea Park and Coop live running around it and chasing squirrels. She’s also a very cuddly sweet natured girl who loves to cuddle up on the coach.
Luke and I love to travel and whilst love to always take Coop with us, it’s not always possible. So we are looking for a kind, reliable, dog loving sitter to mind her whilst we’re away.
Our Home & Location
Our home is a ground floor one bedroom apartment in beautiful Battersea. Whilst Battersea doesn’t have a tube station, Clapham Junction overground station is a 10 minute walk away. There are also a great number of buses that run almost to our front door.
There are lots of excellent local cafés and restaurants but if you would prefer to go into town Chelsea and Kensington or just on the other side of the river and buses will take you into the centre of town within 20 minutes.
Responsibilities & Pets
Cooper gets fed morning and night and requires at least an hour of walking a day. If you are going out without her we have occupier toys which me put food in to keep her entertained. I work 3 days a week and on those days we have a dog walker so that she doesn’t get left alone for more than 5 hours at a time.
