Cozy and quirky. Cute and fluffy. Come and look after me!
Hi. My name's Beth and I live in a tiny little house in Surrey. It's on a very peaceful little estate with easy access to plenty of local towns. I have a beautiful Main coon cat called Sohpie who is 3 years old. Sophie is a little bit shy when you first meet her but she soon plucks up courage. She is very funny and she's my best friend so I'd love to find someone that could come and keep her company.
Sophie is very low maintenance. She just needs feeding twice a day and a special treat in the evening normally gets her charging back in for the night....
I really like the idea of someone keeping my fur ball company in her own home so would love to hear from someone who's a real animal lover that could give her some TLC while I'm away. + More info
Our Home & Location
I live in a little one bedroom house. It's quite quirky and everyone that ever comes here always uses the word cosy to describe it which is exactly what I aimed for so I'm glad other people like it too. I live in a cul de sac which is really quiet and has plenty of parking. I have a small piece of grass out the front where you can sit out in a sun chair and nobody bothers you.
Because my house is so small I'm afraid I can't offer you any hanging or drawer space for your clothes but everyone that's stayed here has said they tend to live out of their bags anyway so I hope this is OK for you....
There are good bus routes running on the roads just out of my estate. Frimley and Camberley are both around a 20 minute walk. There are trains to Camberley that go in to London. They run roughly every half an hour and I it's around 1 hour to get into London from there. We are an hour from the south coast and there are plenty of villages, small towns and larger towns such as Guildford, Woking and Reading nearby. Camberley itself has plenty of shops, restaurants, a leisure centre with a small health suite, a large cinema complex and a theatre. My partner and I are avid theatre goers and so far we've counted around 12 theatres all within a 20 minute drive of here! As well as plenty of great entertainment the local tourist attractions that are within an easy drive include Windsor, Stone Henge, and if you really want to treat yourself you have to try Nirvana Spa: https://nirvanaspa.co.uk/ It is amazing. It's like staying at a sultan's palace for the day! There are also many beautiful hotels and stately homes in the region where you can get afternoon tea and champagne. Definitely a popular past time in this area! There is also RHS Wisley, one of RHS's four gardens open to the public. Wisley is a lovely place to go at any time of year. Their gardens always look beautiful. + More info
Responsibilities & Pets
Sophie's very Iow maintenance. I keep her locked in at night time so she just needs breakfast in the morning and then to be let out for the day. She's got a cat flap. She has her tea around 6pm and usually stays out 'til around 10pm - 11pm at night. She then gets called in for her treat and is then locked in for the night. She's very shy but she soon builds her confidence up when she gets to know people. She's a very gentle little soul but will go crazy and love you forever when you give her her treat at night time! She's happy sleeping anywhere so if you don't want her in the bedroom with you at night time she'll be fine with that too. Apart from this it's just emptying her cat litter tray and the rest of the time's your own.
