House in Historic Surrey Town

Introduction
Enjoying retirement but can't always take the dogs away as well.
Our Home & Location
My home is a large detached house in the centre of Dorking. We have a lovely sunny walled garden.
The house is in a very unique situation. We are only minutes by foot to the centre of the lovely historic town of Dorking. We can also walk from the house to Leith Hill and the Surrey Hills. Dorking is an old market town. It's well known for antique shops. There are also nice pubs, restaurants and there is a cinema, theatre, leisure centre, gym etc. From the house it's a 20 minute walk to the station, which serves central London in 50 minutes. The train also goes to Guildford (20 minutes). Dorking is an ideal place to explore the North Downs, National Trust properties such as Polesden Lacy, Clandon, Claremont and Hatchlands for example. It's 35 minutes by car to RHS Wisley and an hour to Brighton and the coast. A car is not necessary.
Responsibilities & Pets
I have two lovely medium sized dogs- standard schnauzers- called Ella and Carly. They are old, so don't need very long walks, but love company.
I would like my garden watered when needed. I do have a gardener and cleaner who come once a week with your agreement.
