House sitter to look after home and much loved dog and two cats

Introduction
We are looking for the perfect house sitter for our home 15 minutes walk away from the beautiful west wittering beach . We have a lovely friendly , soppy cavachon and two lovely Bengal cats. They are all very friendly and have enjoyed every minute of the company of previous sitters! We are very house proud and would prefer a sitter who can leave the house in a clean and tidy fashion and preferably no children! We have a four bedroom house with a driveway and garden in an excellent village/beach location . We can provide a lovely spacious spare bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. We have a fully kitted out beach hut on west wittering beach which would also be available for use .
Our Home & Location
We live on a lovely road in the centre of west wittering village. We have a four bedroom house with large open plan living downstairs with two lounges and bi fold doors onto the garden which has an artificial lawn and the a BBQ and seating area overlooking the field . We have a lovely spare room which also has an ensuite bathroom with a double shower . There is a bath upstairs should you prefer ! We are walking distance to west wittering beach and also own a beach hut which we would love to allow the sitter to use . We can also walk to a shop , pub , two cafes , hairdressers , butchers , and the harbour . We are spoilt for beautiful walks ! If you have a car then the South Downs are only a 20 minute drive away . In nearby east wittering we have a range of shops and cafes also including a tesco and a co op. Chichester town centre is a 15 minute drive or there is a direct bus from the end of our road .
Responsibilities & Pets
We would be looking for someone to look after our home ,move the post etc water the plants (there’s not many !) , walk our dog once per day and feed our cats.
