Percy the cat would like you to share his cozy cottage
My husband Graham and I travel regularly for periods of weeks at a time and our lovely cat Percy cannot come with us. He's a very friendly, loving cat and will lavish you with attention.
Our cottage was built in 1802 and is set in a conservation area in north Leeds overlooking the village cricket ground and the Meanwood valley conservation area. Only 3 miles from Leeds city centre and 15 miles from Harrogate.
Our Home & Location
The house is two converted 18th century cottages with 3 bedrooms and a pretty garden. Overlooking the Village cricket pitch and the Meanwood valley conservation area it is ideal for walking and feels as though you're in the countryside yet only 3 miles from Leeds city centre. The Village pub is 300 Metres away and bus routes are 5 minutes walk away. Meanwood and its shops are 10 minutes walk away. Traffic is minimal as the road is closed off at one end. It's a lovely home in a peaceful area and much admired by passers by.
Responsibilities & Pets
We mainly require someone to look after our cat Percy and secondly the house/garden. Percy loves attention and human company. He is a friendly old character but young at heart and still enjoys a game.
