Cat and flat sitter
I'm a single film professional who travels a lot for work, making films around the world and attending festivals. I'm looking for someone to flat and cat sit in Woolwich, SE London, in my one-bed flat.
My cat Babushka was a rescue cat from Qatar, I call her Old Bird, as she is old and very sweet, She is a Himalayan Persian and adores people and interacting, hugs, rubs and chatting. She is 9, and very relaxed - she likes to follow you around, and loves nothing more than sitting on your lap whilst you watch TV. She is easy to cat sit; mostly sleeps and eats. She doesnt like to climb and doesnt play much either, she really just wants to relax.
Our Home & Location
I have a 1 bed which is newly refurbished, with laminate floors,a big comfy sofa and new bed, a separate bedroom, kitchen and big wardrobe space. It's very warm and cosy with double glazing so is wonderful in winter to keep warm. The area is quiet.
Hi-speed wifi, big 42 inch tv with an APPLE TV box with netflix and now tv (sky, hbo). I also have an Amazon prime stick with Prime so there is always something to watch. I also have LOTS of dvds and books. I live very close to both plumstead and woolwich arsenal stations which take you to Bank, Stratford, London Bridge, Cannon Street, Canning Town and Waterloo East. I can leave my zone 1-4 oyster for free travel....
Woolwich is an up and coming area - it was regenerated during olympics and is going through serious regen due to the Crossrail. It's relatively quiet with a few with some nice local pubs and restaurants nearby. WOolwich Common and Plumstead Common are gorgeous green spaces, and the Riverside boat to Waterloo is a nice trip across the thames. There is also a royal armoury and art gallery.
A short bus away is greenwich, which has lots to offer, including a big cinema, shopping centre. + More info
