House sitter & dog lover Wanted Over Summertime in Battersea, London !
We have 3 beautiful doggies. They are all completely different. My husky has been with us from the start. He is very chilled and relaxed in any situation and can be taken anyway. Our Jacahuhua is a little nervous around some men but so affectionate once he gets to know you. He loves other dogs. Our whippet/chihuahua, is a female puppy who we rescued from Bulgaria. She has the confidence of a puppy and loves dogs and people. They are all very well behaved and love cuddles!
Our Home & Location
We have a two bedroom flat with a huge patio. there are two bathrooms and the second bedroom has a bunk bed so it is ideal for children. We are situated on the ground floor with automated doors into the reception area and internal door before reaching our front door, so easy for bringing in baggage/ or wheelchair access if need be (although would not like to claim responsibility for health and safety!) There is a building manager on site for any building related queries, and the Battersea Square is the ideal location for the weekend combined with park and river walks. Battersea is also very dog friendly and dogs are welcomed in the majority of pubs and many restaurants.
Responsibilities & Pets
We would need to know that they are walked at least once a day - not necessarily together, and fed twice a day. This is about it (plus lots of affection!). We are looking for sitters to stay the night as our jackahuha gets very anxious being left for any length of time. We live off Battersea Square, near to the river and Battersea Park. It is an ideal location for enjoying London without being right in the middle of it. Battersea is a very dog friendly area of London so there are many pubs and restaurants where dogs are welcome to be brought along
