Puppy sitter for 16 week-old puppy in beautiful Barnes, LONDON
We are a family of 4 living in a house with a lovely big garden, near the river Thames in Barnes. We are close to Hammersmith, Richmond and Putney. My husband is currently away on business and my youngest daughter away at University. Our gorgeous puppy is now 8 months old and due to a family emergency I need to fly abroad asap and hoped there maybe someone to come and look after Woody while I am away. However, there is a slight issue that my eldest daughter has just started a 2nd degree in Midwifery and is living at home. She is very committed to studying and out most of the time and unable to look after Woody. She would not be in your way at all.
Our Home & Location
We are lucky to live in central south west London, just by the River Thames in the village of Barnes. Barnes is centered around a lovely duck pond and can only be described as incredibly green and open. Barnes is full of independent cafes, restaurants, and pubs. Everything you need is within a five minute walk from the house, from Gails Bakery to small supermarkets, as well as a butcher and cinema. Buses go everywhere, including Hammersmith, and we are on a overground trainline travelling to Clapham and on to Waterloo, so getting anywhere in London is easy. The house has five bedrooms, and both guest rooms have en-suites. There is a large bright kitchen-diner with doors opening onto the garden, a separate family room, living room, dining room and study on the ground floor.
Responsibilities & Pets
Woody has his breakfast and then goes for an hours walk in the morning. He walks locally on Barnes Common or along the tow path, although his favourite place is Richmond Park (you would need a car) as there is so much space for him to run and 'spring' through the long grass and they have a pond there especially for dogs where he loves to swim and fetch sticks and splash around with the other dogs! He plays a lot in the garden and downstairs with his toys and chews. He then has his 2nd meal around tea time and then goes to play in the local park nearby with all his friends for about 1/2hr. He loves lots of love and hugs, attention, and time to devote to him, and make sure he won't be left on his own for too long.
