Flat and kitty sitter needed - South London
My husband and I live in Carshalton with gorgeous little Pippin! Me, (Dani) I'm a UX designer, and my fiance (Carl) is a Process Engineer. We are originally from the green and grassy area of Norfolk, but have lived and worked in London for 5 years now. Last year we finally bit the bullet and decided to buy our first home and we are now looking for someone to come and look after our beautiful home and little kitty whilst we are away.
Our Home & Location
We have a 2 bedroom apartment that is based on the first floor with a large south facing balcony (Amazing for those sunny afternoons and evenings with a glass of wine in hand!) It was built last year, and we moved in last August, so it's not even a year old yet! We have two bathrooms, one ensuite to the main bedroom and one main family bathroom. There is a large open plan kitchen, living and dining area where we spend most of our time.
The development we live within is quiet and very family orientated, we are close friends to many of our neighbours so they will be sure to welcome you! There is a little shop called 'Shilpa's' on the development, this is super handy for any last minute bits you might want to pick up, or just before you get to Hackbridge station there is a little Sainsbuys....
The flat is about a 10/15 min walk to Hackbridge station where you can jump on an overground train to central London in around 20/25 mins, or head south to places like Sutton/Epsom. We also have the Number 80 bus that stops right outside the development that takes you straight to Morden station where you can jump on the underground (the bus ride takes around 10/15 minutes). + More info
Responsibilities & Pets
Pippin loves to play and just likes to be around people so we are really looking for someone who would love to come and just be with her, play with her, feed her and fuss over her! She is an indoor cat so we make a real effort to play with her so she burns off energy and stays happy. When it's nice weather and we are at home she loves to go on the balcony to bask in the sunshine and chase flies/bugs.
The flat is really low maintenance, so it would only really be a matter of watering the few plants we have inside/ on the balcony and just keeping general things in check.
