Looking after Dottie the cat
Now I am retired I can spend more time travelling, and whilst friends, neighbours and family are close by and happy to help look after Dottie when I am away, this break will be longer than usual and includes the Christmas/New Year period, so I thought it fairest to have just one person look after Dottie, in her home, for the full period.
Our Home & Location
The house is large and spacious, newly renovated, and set in 15 acres within a peaceful, rural area. Ten minutes from the beautiful Leeds Castle and its wonderful grounds, close to pretty villages such as Headcorn, yet with easy access to the M20 close by.
Maidstone, Kent's county town, is about 1/2 hour away after allowing for rush hour and parking, and the village of Staplehurst, with its wide range of shops (baker, Spar etc.), is a 10 minutes drive....
There is a pub about a mile away, and a gastropub within 10 minutes walk. + More info
Responsibilities & Pets
Dottie is very easy to look after.
She just needs feeding twice a day, morning and evening. And a little fuss when she wants a cuddle!...
She is house trained and has a cat flap, so there is no need to worry about litter trays etc. + More info
