Both my husband and I are now retired, with children all married with children of their own, so we often travel but never leave our home unoccupied.
Our Home & Location
The Old Farmhouse dating from the 14th. Century is situated in a rural location and on a very narrow lane 3 miles west of Tunbridge Wells, outside the village of Speldhurst. Fully centrally heated with 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms set in 3 acres of garden with 7 acres of woodland, including tennis court and outdoor swimming pool and hot tub. No local shops, so a car is necessary to reach the excellent variety shops in Tunbridge Wells, with easy access to London by train from the mainline station at Tonbridge, 5 miles away.
Responsibilities & Pets
Ensure the house is lived in and secure whilst we are away and that the poultry are safely away at night, opened daytime, whilst looking after, and enjoying our beautiful home.
