Introduction
My partner and I have happily lived here with our 2 sons for 15 years . I work as an adoption social worker & Bernie is a self employed management consultant . Our 2 sons have fairly recently left home .
Our Home & Location
Our beautiful 4 bedroom , 3 roundel Oast house is situated 6 miles from Tunbridge Wells outside a small village . There are 3 sets of neighbours ,it is rural and very quiet with wonderful views . The home is very comfortable with 3 bathroom so, central heating & a wood burner .
Responsibilities & Pets
We have 3 very calm affectionate labradoodle Dogs aged 12, 11 & 8 years . They require a 1 hour or 2 half hour walks a day and some company .Our house backs on to fields with lots of walks or you can walk to the woods or even drive to the beautiful Ashdown forest 6 miles away . We also have 4 ducks and 4 hens that need to be let out in the morning and locked up at dusk & of course fed . We also have 10 beautiful alpacas who just require water and sometimes hay but are really completely self sufficient. Dibble is our nervous beautiful silver tabby cat & Tilly is our long haired , very sweet friendly black & white cat , they are rescue cats who joined us 7-8 months ago and require feeding .
