Manchester with Bubu the cat
Hello, we are Siân, 26 and Jordan, 33 a charity worker and university lecturer, and proud owners of Bubu Tiny Paws, our freakishly small 7-year-old moggy. We are looking for someone to come and feed Bubu and play with her briefly on Friday 4th, Sat 6th, Sun 7th May 2018 evenings while we and our friends go camping. She is usually an infamously outdoor exploring cat but since it's just for a few days it's probably best she stays in as we are usually home a lot or working from home and see her return when she comes to the window as we don't have a cat flap.
We live in a beautiful ground floor flat that's in a converted Victorian house, in a leafy green suburb of Manchester called West Didsbury. It's an artistic area of the city with two areas each a 5 minute walk away with many bars, cafes, and a huge range of restaurants. We are also 5 minutes from the River Mersey and some lovely walks, parks and gardens....
We are a short bus or tram ride away from the centre of Manchester. Check out what's on: https://www.visitmanchester.com/whats-on

Our Home & Location
We live in a beautiful two-bed ground floor flat in a Victorian house conversion, in sought after West Didsbury (M20 2NZ). We are five minutes walk from Burton Road and Didsbury village, both of which are hubs for bars, cafes and restaurants, along with gift shops and many hair and beauty places.
In terms of location, our flat rules. It's minutes to the M60 motorway, a 15-minute drive from Manchester airport which is £10 in a taxi or possible via tram or bus. It is approximately 4 miles south of the centre of Manchester which is on cycle paths the whole way or bus and tram routes. Being connected to the tram and bus routes, and Didsbury train station means we are easily connected to the city centre, Old Trafford, Manchester City Stadium, The Lowry, Trafford Centre, Chester and Liverpool....
It's also a great location for running/ cycling/ walking as we are just a 5minute walk to the River Mersey which in part of the Trans Pennine path, both directions are lovely and it links to many parks including Fletcher Moss, Chorlton Water Park and Sale Water Park all within a few miles. We are also around 1 mile from the Fallowfield Loop which is an 8-mile ride along country lanes which links to Greater Manchester's extensive canal network and many more routes.
Please come and stay or maybe host Christmas here - we have sofa beds and many air beds too if you have extra guests? We also have three bikes that you are welcome to use. We also have family and friends very close by should there be any problems. + More info
Responsibilities & Pets
Enjoy our home and neighbourhood, we can recommend nice places to visit, but no tour guides on this occasion as our local friends and us will be camping together.
Please feed Bubu half a wet food pouch, or more if she finishes that and ensure that there are biscuits and water for her. Please also scoop out her litter tray. She is the lowest maintenance pet ever, she's also super fickle so she won't even care that we have gone she will just love you straight away.
