Comfortable home in popular active village in the heart of Oxfordshire with loveable pets

Introduction
We are a family of 4, two boys aged 11 & 13, with 3 dogs, a cat, degu's and fish my husband Carlos is an Officer in the Reserves and works as a fitness instructor down in London during the week usually with the two younger dogs, he enjoys long distance running. I work in the same school as my boys in Learning Support. I enjoy cooking and we both like entertaining, fine wine and dining out, we like going for walks or bike rides and we have bikes available to use. Our hotchpotch of animals are all very friendly and love cuddles and are very relaxed around children.
Our Home & Location
Our house was originally built in 1600’s and has had a couple of barn additions added it is 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms with spacious downstairs rooms, 2 sitting rooms with wood burners, good sized kitchen with a central island, roofed conservatory eating area and separate dining room. The walls are very thick so Wi-fi and mobile signal can be sporadic in places. We have Sky and there is an Xbox and Sonos speakers around the house. There is a lawned back garden with veg patch, green-house and mature apple trees and an attractive paved front garden, perfect for outdoor eating and a lovely sun trap in the summer. There is parking for a couple of cars. We live in a friendly village on the canal and the river Cherwell. It has two friendly pubs both of which do food, an artisan cafe and a village shop. There are lovely local walks, a beautiful church and an active community 3 miles out of Banbury and within an hour from Oxford, Milton Keynes, Birmingham.
Responsibilities & Pets
Basic house sitting and feeding cat, degu’s and fish. We often go to France when we take the dogs with us however, there are occasions when we will need someone to look after the dogs as well so will need to walk them and feed them and let them out regularly. Pepper requires medication as she is getting a bit doddery. In the summer there would be some watering and possibly mowing the lawn occasionally.
