Old house, with inglenook fireplace. Hard floors in kitchen, sitting room and carpet in front room. Two staircases as home was extended. Family kitchen and conservatory. Enclosed garden to the rear, . Off road parking.
Bus service to Witney and Charlbury....
Pub in village, village shop. Main line station Charlbury to Oxford and Paddington

Responsibilities & Pets
Walk dog twice a day and look after dog and house. Otherwise enjoy the house and the area. Dog to be kept on lead as recall not good, very friendly.
