I would like a sitter to look after my 10 yrs old silver tabby.
We live in a detached house that is located in Scothern about 10mins Northwest of Lincoln. There is a bus stop by the church less than 5 mins from the house that gives you a direct access to the city centre. The house is suitable for a maximum of 2 people; it's not big but comfortable. There is a small private garden in the back, a long drive suitable for 2 cars and around the corner there is a village pub.
Our Home & Location
The historical City of Lincoln is the door steps to: the Lincolnshire Wolds a little drive away with its rolling hills, pretty villages, many countryside walks and pubs. Lincolnshire has an extended coast line with sandy beaches, many National Nature Reserves and plenty of entertainment at the many seaside sandy beaches resorts.
To visit in Lincoln itself there is: the cathedral, the castle and its wall, the medival streets, theatres, a pedestrian street for shopping and many coffee shops and restaurants.
Responsibilities & Pets
You will be looking after my 10yrs old cat called Gina. She is easy going and enjoys cuddles, being groomed, people's company but she can be a fussy eater.
During the day, I would prefer for her to be outside, where she sleeps in the garden but I do like her to be in at night. Of course, the princess does not have to stay outside if it is raining but she will find some hidden dens in the garden to keep herself dry should rain occur whilst you are out!...
The sitter will need to feed her twice per day and ideally spends some time with her in the morning and evening as she is a sociable girl.
She enjoys being groomed and is keen to play, she will come on your lap but does not care for being carried; she is a very gentle cat if you are not a mouse or bird! She is not tolerable of other cats, although she lived with my cat Georgie for 10yrs, any others coming into the garden are quickly sent packing but luckily there are only one or two around us. + More info
