Three cats (and sometimes a young Labrador), a big garden and an old house on the edge of a Hampshire village need to be fed, watered and taken care of!

Introduction
We are retired, in our 60's, and husband ex RAF helicopter pilot. Grown up family, visiting small grandchildren often around! We travel a lot, often to Cornwall to sail, and like to have our cats, garden and old house looked after. We have had housesitters before.
Our Home & Location
Our house is old, attractive, comfortable and has good vibes! There are 6 bedrooms, a big kitchen and an orangery where we tend to live in the summer. The garden is quite large and the pots and small greenhouse will need watering daily - hoses, cans and a well provided! We are at the edge of the village, near the Basingstoke Canal and a pub at the bottom of the garden. It is a 7 minute walk to the High Street which has most things for daily living, and pubs, restaurants and a large well known church. . Trains to Waterloo take an hour, from Hook or Winchfield, both less than 3 miles away. There is a lot to see and do in the area.
Responsibilities & Pets
We have a 16 years old small grey and white female cat who is around the house most of the time, her 15 year old enormous black and white, very friendly son and a 9 year old ginger male who comes home for great affection when he feels like it, otherwise he is rarely around and we think he eats out! All are very healthy. We also have a 9 month old black Labrador bitch who usually comes away with us. She is remarkably biddable and well behaved - mostly! There are lovely walks straight from the house.
