A sweet bungalow named "Where Rock Loves".
My name is Jan and my gorgeous best furry friend is called Lionel. He is large beautiful long haired ginger tom who is very friendly and will snuggle on your bed if you allow him into the room. He adores people and as i run AirBNB he is used to people and very sociable. You will fall in love with him. he does roll the roost, but then I let him. I totally adore him, and he certainly knows it. You will feel at home in my house, its super comfortable. There is a large TV in the front room so you can relax put your feet up and spend the evening in front of the TV if thats what you would like to do. I run an AIRBNB from here as well, and I have wonderful reviews from guest who have stayed here, which proves its a lovely place to stay. It is bright and colourful and a cheerful place to hang your boots whilst your hear looking after Lionel. THERE ARE ALSO DATES AVAILABLE IN JUNE, JULY, SEPTEMBER AND DECEMBER PLEASE CHECK THE PAGE WITH ALL THE DATES ON
Our Home & Location
We live in a cute 2 bedroom bungalow which is semi detached. It has a driveway to park your car in. Inside it is deceivably spacious and a bit like a tardis. There is a hallway which on the left is a nice sized square kitchen with all amenities (apart from a dishwasher - sorry). There is a large lounge with french windows into a pretty back garden which has barbecue for use. There is a garage which I keep locked. It is not overlooked. My neighbourhood is quiet as it the road I am on.
Worcester is a beautiful city well known for the New Road Cricket Ground, its racecourse and basket ball club, all of which are in the city centre. The Rugby Ground is only 4 miles away and at the moment they are in the premiership, so the games are exciting to watch in the winter months. Worcester itself has a lovely quirky old town centre, which has some beautiful boutique shops as well as a new shopping centre....
It has a stunning cathedral set next to The River Severn which is home to a swan sanctuary. My home is walking distance to the river which is a fabulous picturesque walk into the town centre. It has so much history. King Richard lived here and did his great escape. The town centre is packed with fantastic pubs restaurants and cafes.
Worcester is one of the safest places to wander round, there is a good network for buses to neighbouring towns and the stunning Malvern Hills is just around the corner you can see the hills in the distance from my house. (JUST). The train station has a good link to Birmingham if you would like to visit there for the day. There are several big music centres in Birmingham if going to a gig in the evening takes your fancy.
I moved from London 34 years ago as a 16 years ago, and although it look me a couple of years to get used to it, I now lovingly refer to it as Home. + More info
Responsibilities & Pets
Lionel is fed whenever he wants, he only eats dry food of a certain brand which I will leave plenty of, and he is a water drinker.
Please do not feed him treats as he does not get them now and I wouldn't like his stomach upset by the introductions of them, Thank you....
He loves to be groomed regularly and is always up for a play and there are plenty of toys in the front room. He generally sleeps in my room and there is a whole in my door for him to go through. Its a bit of privacy for him + More info
