Rural Farmhouse, two dogs , one cat
We have lived in our home for the last 8 years. We always holidayed in Scotland and UK with our dogs, until recent years, when I stopped going out to work and became a full time foster carer. My other half works for a learning disability charity in Edinburgh. We share our lives with two teenage girls who need to travel and build new experiences and have a wee time away from external pressures. We are now wanting to take holidays abroad, knowing that our hairy family members are well looked after in their own home.
Our Home & Location
Our home is a Farmhouse in a rural setting just outside Edinburgh. It is peaceful, no street lighting or pavements. Our home has 4 bedrooms, one en suite, a bathroom with over bath shower. Downstairs we have a good size kitchen with an annex we use as a dog space. there is also a utility room, a lounge with TV and a second reception room, we often use as a bedroom as we have a sofa bed in there. My sister often visits, she is a wheelchair user. We have a downstairs toilet with a sink, she therefore no access to bath or shower. There is and outside area for the dogs and we also have a large garden I am trying to tame. A driveway for parking

Responsibilities & Pets
Main responsibilities would be to feed and care for Isla, Figgy and Sophie. They are very kind ,gentle animals and are good fun and great company. Isla and Figgy go out with a dog walker Monday - Friday, we needed to make sure they were socialised with other dogs and now they just have a great time and come home ready for a rest. Unfortunately Isla has Immune mediated arthritis which meas she is on medication and will be for the rest of her life. Her meds are included in her breakfast so are easy to administer. You will have to keep an eye on her just in case she gets too sore. All animals eat dried food, dogs in crates at night and if you go out. Can be left daytime. Dog walker has key and will collect and return dogs to home. Our home is rented so there will be all contact information available All contents are ours.
